Booking between Nov 01, 2023 – Mar 17, 2024

Due at Booking: $200 deposit (non refundable)
Due by April 1: Balance to meet 50% of reservation

• **NONREFUNDABLE deposits and payments:** Any refunds for deposits and/or payments on any Premium or Oceanview site will be based on the re-booking of the site during the cancelled period less ONE NIGHT STAY (base rate). Refund amounts will be based on the site daily rate of the original reservation.
• Reservations made less than two weeks in advance of the date of your arrival will require full payment via a credit card.
• Those FAILING to show up on their scheduled date of arrival (and/or early departure) will be charged the ENTIRE amount of their reserved stay.
• FAILURE to pay installments by due dates will result in FORFEITURE of your reservation and deposit.
• Personal checks are accepted for all deposits, provided that they arrive 14 or more days prior to the date of your arrival.
• On the date of your arrival, we accept Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard as well as traveler’s checks and cash for any remaining balances.
• During the off season (November 1, 2023 – May 01, 2024) credit card payments will incur a 2.5% fee added to the total transaction amount.  To avoid credit card fees during this time, checks can be mailed for payments.
• While Moorings Oceanfront does not endorse any particular travel/trip insurance company, there are several on the market that can help you should you have to cancel your reservation.

For under $34 per day, you can stroll along the beach at sunset, awaken to our lovely sunrises, and use Moorings as your seasonal home to fully explore all that Maine’s Midcoast area has to offer!

A few notes for seasonal guests:

• Our policy is that our seasonal sites should not appear any different from our short-term sites. For this reason, we do not permit the building of decks or any structures. Only satellite dishes, firewood, and potted plants are permitted outside your RV. Storage companies are nearby if you require extra capacity.  Please note that Maine Agricultural law precludes bringing in wood from other states.
• A nonrefundable deposit of $350 is required to hold your reservation. An installment of $2986.00(nonrefundable) is due on February 01, 2024 and an installment of $2986.00 is due no later than April 01, 2024.  These seasonal payments indicated above include 9% ME lodging tax.
• If the entire seasonal amount is paid by December 01, 2023, a 10% discount will be applied for a total of $5220(+ 9% tax) for the season = $5689.80.
  • Seasonal deposits and installments are payable by check or credit card however, any payment with a credit card will incur a 2.5% fee of the transaction amount during the off season (November 1, 2023 – May 01, 2024).
